After releasing several images and video "teaser" to the internet, finally Mazda shows new Mazda6 will be launched. The front (face) medium coupe is clearly visible on one Russian site, AutoWP and Carscoop reported yesterday.
Mazda6 looks better with a fresh new design with a figure much sharper than previous models. Shaped like a translation of the concept car Takeri that carries the Kodo design, typical of Mazda. Design of the front grille is now more lightweight with a sweep of the line like oval that blend of the two headlights.
The main lighting is to use type of projector lamps for optimal lighting. Sweeter, add circle "angel eyes" headlights framing.
There has been no official explanation of this Mazda about the figure of this Mazda6. Just described, Mazda coupe equip it with a new engine 2.0 liter inline 4-cylinder SKYACTIV combined with 6-speed transmission. Also offered SKYACTIV 2.2-liter diesel engine for Europe.
Mazda6 will make its public debut at the Paris Motor Show in September 2012. Meanwhile, Mazda Motor Indonesia plans to bring this coupe into the domestic market early next year.
